Problem when exiting OL

OL 2002 SP3, Win XP HE SP1
Follow-up to: microsoft.public.outlook
When exiting OL, I get the following error message:
"Could not complete the operation. One or more parameters values are not
valid." This has an "OK" box on it.
Once I click the "OK", I get:
The note will close and your changes will not be saved. "OK" "Cancel" boxes.
I don't have a note that is open.
How can I fix this?

I have exactly the same problem. Looking at the date of the original
post, nobody seems to have a solution.
