Hi There,
I created a custom Outlook form that allows Sales folk to send complaints to
Customer Service. The CS rep is able to clearly read all information
provided by Sales, however, when they Forward (FW) the form to a specific
member in Customer Service, some of the data is erased.
Specifically, the data that I've set validations on- such as: Customer ID
(Sales must enter an ID) gets erased (or re-set) when the CS rep forwards the
form. What can I do to fix this?
The Form Definitions is checked and I've tried setting the form Properties
to 'Include Original Text', but nothing seems to work. The form is not
published- anywhere, I just sent it as a .oft attachment and did a test run
with a few folks and it worked fine.
Any advice would be a great help!
Thanks,
L.C.
