problem when install Office XP SP3...

I got a problem when install Office XP SP3.
It says error 1931. And it can't update "Program Files\Common
Files\Microsoft Shared\Wweb Server Extensions\50\bin\CFGWIZ.EXE" because it
have windows file protection.
I had tried many times and the file name above is different each time. I
also had tried full file version and administrator mode, but it has no use.
Anyone can help me? Thanx a lot:)
