Problem when reinstall FP2003

After reinstalled FP2003 after a HD-crasch I can´t open any file named .htm,
html or asp. I get this error message

There was an error whrn trying to run FronPage (open as HTML). The command:
failed

I appreciate any help to solve the problem

The problem is solved, I did av repair on the installation, it is working ok
now...... I hope / Ted
