Problem where outlook cannot find form or objects

I am getting an error in outlook xp where when i try to open some meetings
and also out of office notification emails that it says something like:

Could not find form. Outlook will use default. Object not found.

or just

object not found

How do i get rid of this error? After I click away the message the
appointment/email displays regularly.
