problem with a form

a visitor completes a form and hit submit to send, I receive the email
notification ok, but the address bar changes.

this is an example of the text in the address bar when submit is hit.

http://www.mysite.co.uk/_vti_bin/shtml.exe/index.htm

how can i get it to not show this and keep what was there just the
www.mysite.co.uk, like most of the other sites out there.

In your form properties set the confirmation page to whatever you want it to go to
- or create a custom confirmation page (File New page and select the confirmation page) and point the form properties to your custom
confirmation page
