Problem with a mailing label form

Using Access 2002. Experience level: Beginner

I found a nice database from AAD Consulting (www.ozemail.com.ua/~tdambra)
called Client and Contact Management. I am learning from it and modifying
it for use by our non-profit to organize and manage our donors, professional
contacts, etc.

There is a form in it to select all or some of the contacts to create an
Envelope Report or a Mailing Label Report. I did a Save As on the form and
subform and did a rename and changed the recordsource for each to the table
with my contacts. The envelope side works fine, but the label side tells me
" You must install the wizards to create labels." I re-checked under New in
Reports and saw that Label Wizard is there.

What am I missing? Should I create the labels using the wizard to
"activate" it?
