Problem with A4561405.CAB - Office 2003 Corp. Edition

I have attempted to install Office 2003 Professional Corp. Edition on several
computers (fully covered by licenses).

The install process fails all the time when trying to copy A4561405.CAB from
the CD. Installation fails at this point and rollbacks then occur.

Any ideas on this one at all?
