Problem with Access xp

I am getting this problem that when I am inputting data into a form which
even had work perfectly before I start to get a error message "Oject
unvalidated or no longer set" and everything stops or keep on coming up with
this message and I cann't se anything wrong or have shange. How am I going
to find where the problem is? Anyone that can help

Go into the forms code area and select Debug | Compile and Save All Modules.
It should find your code problem.
