Problem with accessing Outlook 200 Pst file on new computer

Downloaded Outlook2000 to new computer, but when openning outlook no old
contacts show up, yet on a advanced find, then browse, I can check mark this
pst file and my contacts will show up. As soon as I exit it reverts back to
a different pst file indicated by a check mark. A search of the hard drive
only shows one pst file, the one I put on the computer in a certain location.
Under browse five pst files show up, the first three will not expand and
seem to be none functioning. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Using windows7 home premium 64bit. file located in c:/windows/application
data. Previous computer pst file in /windows/microsoft/application data/
for the back up of pst files.
