Problem with ActiveX Outlook View Control

I'm trying to view my Outlook Calendar view the Outlook View Control. By
default, my inbox can be viewed, however when I go to properties to
change the VIEW or FOLDER using the elipse [...] I get the error message...

'THE OPERATION ON THE MICROSOFT OFFICE OUTLOOK VIEW CONTROL OBJECT
FAILED. The Server may not be registered. To register the OLE Server,
reinstall it.'

1. Is the OVC installed when Outlook is installed and thus do I need to
reinstall Outlook?

2. If that's not the case, what do I need to do?

i can't believe it, why Microsoft can't get a solution for this; where could
be the difference between diaplaying Mails or Calendar Items? Have you got
some tips from everywhere for this problem?

No none actually. However, I believe that it is an installation issue.

Also, this is not a MICROSOFT monitored newsgroup. It is hosted by MS
for MS products, but entirely user-community supported.

Hi David,
thanks for your reply; i will let you know, when i will find some solution.
For me, it's not really neccessary for my DB-Solution, but it would look
better, when the calendar would be "included" in the Access-Window.
