I have several reports. Recently a new field was added to the form so I ran a
new queries for the reports.
The reports are all tabular and I cannot separate the label from the text box
to put them in their proper places.
Any suggestions on how to do this?

Thank you,
Uschi

In Access, reports are based on tables or queries, not on forms.

Adding a "new field" to a form shouldn't have any impact on reports, unless
there's more information that applies to your situation.

If labels and text boxes are bound together, are you using the wizard in
Access 2007 (again, knowing more about what YOU are working with will help
us help you)?

More info, please...

If you position your pointer to the upper left of the label (it will show as
a finger pointing, like a hyperlink), then you can click on the label and
drag it where you need it. If you need to move the label to a header, just
click on the label, cut it, then click on the header, paste the label, and
drag it to where you need it.

I didn't use the wizard to add the new field. Also, I am still working with
Access 2003.

Worked like a charm! Thanks so much!
