Problem with adding resources

Our company currently has an enterprise resource list. We
are trying to add 4 new people to the list, but when the
admin enters their email and login information, the
enterprise resource list does not include their names.
Could anyone provide assistance with populating these new
additions in the enterprise resource list. Thanks

Is your admin opening the Enterprise Resource Pool (Tools - Enterprise
Options - Open Enterprise Resource Pool) before adding the resources?

pool before adding the resources.

Are you a member of the Administrators group in Project Server?

Hi,

It is important to know that when Project Web access
users are added they are NOT automatically added to
Enterprise Resource Pool however vice versa is not true
i.e.

When you add resources to your enterprise resource
pool ,Project server adds them automatically as Project
Web Access Users with Project Server authentication.

Hope this makes clear as to why you are facing this
problem.

We are 2 administrators and I am one of them. I have all
the rights to create a resource. I have already created
at least 10 resources in the past from the resource pool
and it was working fine. Also, I know that if I add a
resource from PWA it will not be automatically added to
resource pool.

When I create a resource en Enterprise Resource Pool and
I fill in all the fields that are important for us (e.g.
Windows User account, Email address..) and I save it,
when I open this new created resource, the information
I've entered in fields "Windows User Account" and "email
address" is not there anymore.

Any idea?
