Problem with atachment

Hi:

I having this problem:

I need to send an access report as an atachment.. but
when i click the button EMAIL RECIPENT (AS AN
ATACHMENT).. this error message appears:

"verify that your email application is working properly"

I haven outlook intaled in my machine and its working OK..

What could be wrong??
