I have recently come across a problem with Outlook 2002
SP2 and OWA (Exchange 5.5 SP4).
When I have stationary loaded on my outlook client (2002
SP2) with an attached file, and the reciepient checks the
message in Outlook Web Access, the attached file is not
available, instead the objects that make up my stationary
are attached to the message.
When the same messages is sent without the stationary the
attachement is visible in OWA. This issue only appears
when the SP2 is loaded for Office XP.
Has anyone else ever come across this problem, and found a
way to fix it?
I understand that the obvious answer is to not use
stationary, but you try to tell that to the users.
Thanks in advance for any hint or suggestions,
Brian
