Problem with automation Word.Application

when i try to open a word document with Word.Application object i have few
problems that prevent me to run a silent and continues task.
password protected documents, or documents contains macros etc... are
stopping whole procces.
if i open these documents manualy with msWord, there is a prompt alert that
requires manual handaling. (in case of password for example, i click : open
readonly mode).
my Q is: how do i skip or ignore or force opening this doc automaticlly.
as for now i cannot automate this object compleatly.
can it BE???
please advice...
