Problem with BCM

BCM is installed, its not under disabled items, but sometimes it loads when
opening Outlook, other times it does not load. I can access the contacts, but
the "Business Tools" menu does not appear (or BCM Help) when it does not
load. Also, the history associated with a contact no longer shows against the
individual?
