Problem with bullets

Hi,

I have Office XP installed and have been using it without
problems for about a year. Recently, when I use the
bullets, they come out as "?" and even opening old
documents, the proper bullets are replaced by "?". I
also noticed that when I look at ->Insert->Symbol, and
then select Font (Symbol), some of the symbols are "?".
Does anyone know what sort of problem may be occuring?
Perhaps a corrupted Symbol font file? Or just a config
file problem??

Any help is greatly appreciated!

could be a missing font file like webdings or windings.
