We are updating to office 2003 and it has caused a
problem in my database. I have several forms that
contain a calendar that is used to select a date. The
calendar is ole class Calendar and the class is
mscal.calendar.7. So that the calender will open to
todays date in the on load line of the form I have the
following command
=startdate.today
And the calendar has the variable name of startdate. In
2003 I get an error when I open the form that says
"The expression on load you entered as the event property
setting produced the following error: you don't have the
license required to use this activex control."
I don't know what license it is looking for.
A second issue is that all of my calenders start on
Sunday. 2003 is causing all of them to start on Monday
(which I think is the Microsoft default). I have several
forms that contain calendars, and don't want to have to
go into each one and make changes. Any Ideas on how to
fix these problems in 2003? Thanks.
