Problem with Callouts for Data Graphics

Hi,

Whenever I want to assign an Icon Set to a page (shape context menu - "Data"
- "Edit Data Graphic" - "New Item"), I get the following error

"No Icon Sets available for use in the current document. On the Help
Menu, click Office Diagnostics"

I get similar error messages for Text and Data Bar callouts. "Color by
value" is the only type of data graphic that is working for me. When I run
Office Diagnostics, "Setup diagnostics" seems to repair some problems,
without any further information, but the problem still occurs afterwards.

Niklas

Hmmm ... the three types that are not working need to add Masters to the
document, so, perhaps the document is read-only, or perhaps the hidden Visio
stencil with the base Data Graphic masters on, is not available.
So, do you have other documents where the Data Graphics do work?

Hi David,

So, do you have other documents where the Data Graphics do work?

I have the problem with any new document, not depending on the template or
stencils I use. Would I see the Data Graphics masters in the "Drawing
Explorer" window if they were installed correctly? I don't see such kind of
master there.

I've now discovered that it is depending on which components were selected
when installing Visio. On another machine, I just did a default installation
of Visio and everything worked. After that, I tried to change the
installation on the first machine.
However, selecting "Callouts and Connectors" alone doesn't seem to be enough.
