Problem with Clip Organizer

I have installed on my PC Office XP Pro with Front Page
updated with SP3. Also I have Visio XP Pro SP2. After I
installed Visio's SP2 I cannot open or use the Clip
Organizer. Every time I try to use it I get an error on a
small window that says: "Clip Organizer cannot complete
the operation. The specified procedure cannot be found.
Error Code 0x8007007F"

I am a developer so I know there is some function that
the app is trying to access but just can't use it and the
developers at Microsoft just handled the error with to
show this window and not to terminate the app. The issue
is that after the error you cannot use the application at
all. How can I fix this? Any help will be greatly
appreciated.

More times than not you can solve this issue with a MDAC refresh. It is a tough
error.
