problem with contacts. help please!

Problem: When I open a new email and click on Cc to blind
send it to people in my address book, Contacts is the only
field that shows in the drop-down menu at the top of the
Select Names screen. I have many folders with many
contacts inside each of them, but the Select Names
function recognizes none of them. How can I fix this
problem?

Did you enable the subfolders as e-mail address books? (R click >
Properties)
