Problem with Context-Sensitive Help

I'm working with ADOX and ADO 2.8.
I am unable to obtain context-sensitive help (i.e. using F1 key)
while writing/debugging code in Access 2000 VBA.

I already tried once to download/install the "Platform SDK",
but that didn't help. There must a simpler way....
