or Word related.)

* Outlook 2003 + Word 2003.
* Default mail format: RTF.
* User makes a screenshot and pastes it in the body of a new RTF mail.
* Mail is sent, arrives well.
* User2 does a copy/paste of the body of the mail from Outlook to
Word.
* Text+formatting = OK, image = NOK.
* The image is replaced by a white rectangle with the dimensions of
the image.
* Right mouse button on the recatangle + Edit: paintbrush-editor
opens, and the image is visible.
* Click outside the image: white again.
* Workaround: RMB on white rectange, Convert to Paintbrush Picture:
image is visible.
* Save email as rtf-file and open in Word: exactly the same problem.
* Same procedure but with HTML mail: no problem at all: the image is
visible.
What is going on and how do we solve this?
