PROBLEM with copying and pasting template page - Navigation errors

I have a website template and when I need a new page, I merely copy an
existing page and then paste it where needed. I then change the name
in the properties and the file name in the folder. It has worked
great. All at once, after posting my web to the server, the
navigation menu does not show the new page name - instead it still
shows the original (copies) page name. In Frontpage, the WYSIWYG
shows the new page correctly.

Any ideas what is happening here and how to correct it.
