Problem with creating portfolio analysis view (OLAP)

Hi,
I can't drop items from dialog "Chart Field List" to fields "Drop Filter
Fields Here" and "Drop Category Fields Here" of the chart in section "Manage
Views/Portfolio analysis" of PWA. Only totals is possible drop to totals in
the chart.

I think it may be caused by more strict settings of customer's network or
user profile, which don't alow ActiveX work properly, but I don't know which
settings may cause it.

I tested it on another instance of project server 2003 in another network
and there is everything ok.
