Problem with database permissions.

Hello,

I have a problem with accessing my database.
I created it on computer A running Windows 2K and Access
2K.
Computer A had a problem so I used the hard disk of A in
computer B as a secondary slave hard disk. When I try to
open the database, I get the message "You do not have the
necessary permissions to use the <name> object. Have your
system administrator or the person who created this object
establish the appropriate permissions for you."
I dont have the administration user IDs which could be
used to recreate the workgroup information file.

What do you recommend?
