Problem with deploying Office 2007 using SMS2003 SP3

GoodMorning,
I have a problem in deploying MS Office 2007 using SMS 2003 SP3 and the
problem is stated as below:
I've created a MSP file and placed it into "Updates" folder. the version
that i'm trying to install is MS Office professional Plus 2007. Then when I
double click the setup.exe executable file it starts to install the Office
2007 and uninstalls Office 2003 then it suddenly restarts the computer
"Problem No.1". Then after the computer restarts I try to open any MS Office
application like "MS Word" i gives me a screen and written on it
"Configuring Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2007" and after it finished
it prompts me that it will need to restart again "Problem No.2". After the
second restart I open any Office application it opens normally. So my
question here is "is that a normal behaviour? I don't think so.".

You may also want to post this in the MS System Management Server (SMS) discussion group through the link below.

My first thought was that something in Office 2003 (Outlook, Word...) is open when you're running setup. If a DLL or other file is
in use then the restart could be to release it and then replace it with a new version to allow the installation run to continue.

Also check to see in the list of installed programs if there is more than one version of any Office app still listed through the
Windows control panel.

Actually is not any opened office application during the setup. Also only
one version of office installation on that machine.
