Problem with Email address Hyper subject-

Hello

In my website , I created an email address hyperlink- First thing it ask is the mailto in wich i place my email address. Than it ask for the Subject: in wich I type something like I would like to promote my solution. when I test the page out everything works out good except that the subject line changes into junk info like I%20would%20like%20to%20promote%20my%20solution. Why ? Can that be corrected

URL's do not support embedded spaces.
They get replaced with "%20".
