Problem with email from one contact

I have looked everywhere on-line for a solution to this weird proble
and hope someone here can help.

I have one old time contact that when she sends me an e-mail the mai
is full of unreadable codings. They are huge pages of coding that
think are what are pictures and if I scroll down a ways I can see som
text, but it too has some coding mixed in. There are no attachments o
pictures which were sent, just gobble-d-gook. All the other emails fro
others are fine. She states that all others get her mail and she ha
not set any encoding.

I have tried to change the firewall settings, make her a safe sende
and other simple and suggested remedies without success. Does anyon
have an answer to this problem?

Stumped

is that from the message body? Are you scanning incoming mail with a virus
