Problem with EnterpriseCustomFieldsUpdate PDS method - Project Server 2003

Hi,

When we use EnterpriseCustomFieldsUpdate PDS method, the values
already set for our projects change. This happens when we remove some
values from the existing list. Even adding new values, we need the
list sorted and if we set the sort order to "Ascending", it sorts only
values and not descriptions of original values. Does anybodyknow why
this happens? How to prevent this and show correct list?
I sorted the list before updating it to Project Server but it agains
changes values those are set already. However, the database shows old
values, as they should be, and Project Pro shows different values.

There is a bug in Project 2007 that scrambles lookup lists, especially if
you were the one that edited it. Work around is that after editing custom
fields and especially after editing the Enterprise Global you should close
all projects then delete the contents of Project's local cache using Windows
Explorer. Deleting cache files from Project is not enough. Delete all files
and folders in the cache folder.
