problem with events .....

Hi,

I am having a query related to wordinterop. I am using Vb.net language for
development purpose. I have some code which is written in VB6 which works
fine, but similar code if I am trying in vb.net its not working. actual
problem is related when I am declaring object with events.

I have created object of word application in both vb6 and vb.net. While
using with events in vb6, vb6 is capable to raise events but vb.net is not
raising the events.



I wanted to know the reason behind this, I have tested on multiple versions
of office. What is special about the withevents?. .why net application is
not raising the events?/





Please help me, and suggest me the alternate way to achieve this.
