problem with excel 97

I keep getting the following message while working on a
workbook file. It happens after I go through making
changes to the document, usually when I try to save. When
I reopen, the document has not saved my last few changes.
Any ideas, suggestions?

There are four articles on the MS knowledge base. (None appear to be
relevant, but it may be a start). The other thing is, have you updated to
all the Service Packs for XL 97? This may help.
