OK, this is a good one. I have an Excel Chart, in it's own chart
sheet, that I copy and paste special==>Enhanced Metafile into PPT. I
USED to do this all the time with no problem. Now, suddenly, the
resulting image pasted in a PPT slide is missing chart elements like
grid lines, and the sizes of points, lines and markers are different.
The image in the slide sorter looks normal, but the image on the slide
is not. When I click the "handles" of the image to resize it, and
move the mouse slightly, the image changes quickly to what it should
look like while I have the mouse click down. While I am moving the
mouse around to resize the image, the image looks EXACTLY like it is
supposed to. Release the mouse, and I am back to the "abnormal"
image. If I try the same copy and Paste Special operation from Excel
to MS Word, there is NO PROBLEM, so this is isolated to PPT. Even a
paste special into WordPad works. As I said earlier, this did not
used to be a problem. Don't know how, when or why this has changed.
Any help here would be appreciated. Using OFFICE 2003/XP (with SP3
applied) on a machine running WIndows XP Pro.
