problem with file path

fileupload.postedfile.filename is giving complete path when browsed in IE but
giving Only filename excluding path
in Mozilla Firefox
ex) In IE----- E:\Myfiles\mycode\resume.txt
Mozilla Firefox ------resume.txt

please could u provide me the solution
