Problem with filling down formulas in col. adjacent to data

Hi all,

I've got this problem:
after geting external data from ms sql server 2000 i try to do som
calculations in adjacent columns. because number of rows returned fro
query vary I've checked "fill down formulas in columns adjacent t
data" option box in "external data range properties" form. and now
when i press "refresh data" on a "external data" toolbar once al
formulas fill down but when I press it for the second time - all m
formulas disappear. what am i doing wrong? :confused:
