Hi,
I'm running ON 2007 with the refresh on XP. My notebooks are stored to a
flash drive, meaning I have to keep the flash drive plugged in to get paste
to work correctly (already understood problem).
I just discovered that you could change the default ctrl-1-9 flags. I
really like how flexible they are, but they have a big problem.
Configuration information about the tags is not saved. I create a new tag
using Insert -> Tag -> Customize my tags. I click Add. Create a new tag
with a smiley face and a name of "Yes" It appears in the Current Tags list.
I use the up arrow to move it up to the ctrl-9 position.
Now I can use the quick key for the flag with no problems. But when I close
and reopen one note, it looses that tag. It seems like tags should be saved
into individual notebooks or perhaps into the preference information for a
particular installation of onenote...
Thanks!
