problem with fonts in WordArt

I want to create a WordArt object of a Chinese character in a certain font (I
downloaded the .ttf font file from the internet). I'm using Word 2007 on
Windows XP.

I could type it and display it in the desired font in the Word document with
no problem at all. However, when I tried to insert it as a WordArt object,
the WordArt Editor showed it as a different font; changing the fonts dropdown
list on the WordArt Editor didn't help.

Could somebody shed some light?
