Problem with form Programming

I've design a form and was trying to run it..when i click on the Reply,
the GetInspector property fails in Item_CustomPropertyChange() throwing
error messages which says "Internal application error" and "You don't
have the permission..." and "Object Required.."

Please Help!!

It might help if you posted a code snippet and mentioned your version of
Outlook. Also, please take the time to quote the original message in
