Problem with Frontpage 2000 & Mac Browsers

My friend is having a massive problem with his website - built with
Frontpage 2000. It looks and works fine with IE, but with Mac browsers, the
links don't work. In fact, they are dead - don't do anything. Zip. Just sit
there.

He tried removing the dhtml he had in there (nice roll-over color change),
and now, not even the graphics will show up (on the Mac - in IE they are
fine). If you want to see the code, the web site is www.maccor.org .

I'm sure this is a common problem but since I don't use Frontpage, I don't
have a prayer of helping him. Does anyone have any suggestions or can anyone
direct him to a site that can give him the answers to what he must do to fix
this?

Thanks a lot!

Doesn't work with Mozilla 1.5 on a PC either.
