Problem with Hotmail

My boss has several mail addresses in hotmail and when he is connected to
Outlook to check it he receives the following message:

A connection to the server cannot be established.
http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp is now off line

Can somebody help me?

Free hotmail is no longer available to new accts in Outlook or OE. You must
