Problem with huge database

Good afternoon, i have to make a huge database wich have to get data from
excel file.That is not a big problem problem is that i have to get
information for about 1000 families with 1000 elements for every family and
this database have to storage this information at leaset one year. This make
a huge pack of elements. Can Microsoft Access get so huge pack of data ? If
yes i would be glad to read some ideas.

Access should be able to handle it. However the max data elements per table
is 255, so you will need to use multiple tables. What 1000 pieces of
information could you possible have for a family?
To reduce space usage you can codify repeating information and have lookup
tables with the actual values.

Thank you for answer and sorry for my late post.. It woild be database for
statistic information. I have 1000 families which have 1000 elements divided
into groups maybe max 100 in group have to make queries for this. I have
other question .. because of i didnt make so big project and this is my first
like a job i have to ask what is normal price for such database which i have
to do. I know that this is not related but need to have some ideas for price.
