Our organization recently upgraded windows 2000 to SP4 and
related patches. Some of our users have reported that the
graphical links do not work. For example going into excel
and doing a search on "Examples of Chart Types" and then
"To display this topic, click the graphic". Clicking on
th graphic worked under SP1 with no issues. The only
workaround I have been able to find is upgrading IE 5.5 to
IE 6 SP1. Is there another workaround available as
upgrading 5000+ machines is not in the works at this time.
