problem with import/ export

I am trying to export my calendar to a comma separated text file (windows)
format. When I select this option, I get a message saying it is not
installed. I proceed to try to install the option ( I have enable
installation on the control panel for outlook). It asks for the PRO11.MSI
file, which is located on an office server, when I browse to this file
location outlook does to recognize the file. Do you have any suggestions?
