Problem with installing 2007 Microsoft office

I have a notebook and a PC Desktop with Windows Vista. I had no trouble
installing 2007 Microsoft Office in my notebook. Yesterday, I purchased a
new Desktop with Windows Vista. I attempted to install the same software in
my new desktop

After a third of the way during the installation, it ran into an obstacle
block. Here is what I got:

Setup cannot find proofing-en-us proof fr/proof.cab. I need help.
