Are you installing the current version of the Office 2007 Compatibility
Pack? It's available from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=941B3470-3AE9-4AEE-
8F43-C6BB74CD1466&displaylang=en. I just installed to a test machine, and
there are several files created in that location, but none of them match
this file name.
The files are ...
- O12Conv.cab
- O12Conv.msi
- Readme.htm
- \Catalog\files12.cat
Also, you should verify that you have Administrator rights to create files
in that location. This could be a permissions issue (although the error
doesn't appear to be a permissions issue).
