Problem with Installing Office 2007 "Second Time"

I have already installed Microsoft Office 2007 in my new HP notebook that
carries Windows Vista.

Now I want to install Office 2007 in my HP PC computer that carries Windows
XP.

The installation was halted because it was looking for the following:
Proofing.en-us/proof.fr/proof.cab

Anyone has a solution?

that's strange. Do you have any other Office versions installed? especially
ones with French language enabled?

I do have the last version of Microsoft Office installed....definetley not
French.
As I said this is the second installation. The first one was successful on
my laptop that carries Windows Vista.

Which edition of Office 2007 is that?
Seems to me as a misconfigured unattended installation.

can you confirm that the missing path is proofing.en-us/proof.fr? this is
strange still :)
