Problem with installing Project COM Add-in onto Outlook

The install of the Microsoft Project Web Access COM Add-in onto Outlook went
smoothly for me since I have Outlook version 2003, but I ran into a few
problems with some of the other people in my department. Most people in my
department are still running on Office 2000 and some don't even have the
latest updates for Office. When installing the Web Access COM Add-in onto
their computer I have gotten several problems that I will display in the
following list.

1. COM Add-in installs successfully onto one Outlook, but everytime he turns
on his Outlook, he gets a display if you want to enable or disable macros.
This computer is running on Office 2000 SP2.

2. On another computer, after installing the COM Add-in from Web Access, the
Project Web Access Import/Export Tasks doesn't even display and the Outlook
doesn't even recognize the Add-in(doesn't display in COM Add-ins at all).
Not sure what Service Pack of office 2000 this guy has.

3. On another computer, the same thing as number 2.

I was thinking that since Microsoft Office Outlook 2000 was known to have
some bugs with the Project Web Access COM Add-in, I suggested getting the
latest service packs for everybody's computer. I really want them to run on
Office 2003, but that is going to have to wait at this time. Am I right for
thinking that the reason why it is not working is because of the old versions
of Office. It worked on some computers that have Office 2000, but I am
thinking they have the latest service packs. What is the problem and how can
I solve this? Thanks!!
