Problem with Issues Management in STS

We have been using Microsoft Project 2002 and Project Server 2002 for
some time. We are using Project Server in conjunction with Sharepoint
Team Services and have entered and tracked issues through Sharepoint
in the past. However, now when I try to edit an existing issue for
any project I see the following text on fields Discussion and
Resolution (#RENDER FAILED) but no other details, and am unable to
edit the issue in any way. I am also unable to create any new issues.
I can, however, see the data on existing issues in the Sharepoint
tables.

Has anyone else experienced this or have any idea what has happened?
