problem with KB904018 for Access XP

Hallo,
I have a problem with KB904018 install.
It's for Access XP SP3 (Polish version).
If I try install this fix I have following problems:
- In the end installation I have error 1101. Problem with reading
C:\WINDOWS\Installer\MSI3A.tmp (random file *.tmp). System error 32. And
installation break.
- In system logs:
1) Can't connect to server. Error: 0x800401F0
2) End second log error is the same as final error annoucement during
installation.
Rest systems fix install successfully.
Please, help me.
I reinstaled Windows Installer (new vesrion).
Operating system is Windows XP SP2 PL with all fix up to now.
